Bill Mercado, P.E.
Bill Mercado has lived in Montgomery County for more than 46 years and attended Montgomery County Public Schools. He has both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
His firm, Mercado Consultants, Inc. was founded in Montgomery County in 1989 to provide services in engineering, survey, GIS, and construction management. Throughout his career, Mr. Mercado has provided these services to many state and local agencies in the DC Metropolitan area including MDOT SHA, MDTA, MTA, DDOT, WSSC, WMATA and multiple Maryland County governments.
