Webinar: Business Model Design Success In Uncertain Times

January 28 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Entrepreneurs in the face of COVID19 must be agile to adapt and pivot in a situation of uncertainty. How? By innovating, not just in the pandemic, but on an ongoing basis, regardless of the type of business. The challenge is how to do this successfully. Within the last few years, the design thinking method and the “lean” approach to developing business models are being used as tools by startups and established companies worldwide to become “agile” and successfully introduce new products and services to the market. This presentation will describe these methods, with their emphasis on the client and on constant improvement, and show participants how these tools are relevant in the current environment. This presentation by Winsome Leslie, Ph.D., an expert in international development, entrepreneurship and innovation, is currently President and CEO of DevSolutions Consulting. The firm provides advisory and consulting services in micro and small business development to organizations, as well as entrepreneurs in the U.S. and emerging markets.

A log-on link will be sent to registrants the day/evening prior to the event.
